About the Author

Michael Purdue is Emeritus Professor of Law at City University and is editor of the Journal of Planning and Environment Law.

Victor Moore is a barrister of Gray's Inn and Professor Emeritus of the University of Reading. For many years he was editor of the Journal of Planning and Environment Law. He has written and lectured extensively on aspects of planning law in the USA, EU, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan.

Contributors:
Ashley Bowes is a barrister at Guildford Chambers, an assistant editor to the Journal of Planning & Environmental Law, and also the Portfolio Holder for Planning and Licensing at Woking Borough Council. He previously served four years as Chairman of the Planning Committee of Woking Borough Council and ran a planning consultancy representing clients in planning, village green, common land and rights of way inquiries.
