Marla Bergman graduated from Duke University and received her J.D. from Boston University. Of counsel in Jones Day’s New York office, she practices in securities and shareholder litigation, and Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement, with a particular focus on the discovery phase of litigation. She has extensive experience with issues concerning document retention and production, and she regularly speaks and publishes on these topics.
 
Cecilia Dickson
 
Cecilia Dickson graduated from Saint Vincent College and received her J.D. from Harvard University. As an associate in the intellectual property and trial practice groups in Jones Day’s Pittsburgh office, her practice involves litigation in federal and state courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission, trademark prosecution, and client counseling on transactional and licensing issues implicating intellectual property concerns. In addition, she serves on the firm’s e-discovery committee.
 
Matthew Divelbiss
 
Matthew Divelbiss graduated from Grove City College and received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. An associate in the trial practice group of Jones Day’s Pittsburgh office, he practices in commercial litigation, primarily focused on insurance coverage and products liability actions. In addition, he serves on the firm’s e-discovery committee.
