With unique history and circumstances, Japanese Antimonopoly Act stands today as the important body of legislation and case law playing a significant role in international trade. This in-depth commentary, analysis of related case and topics from multiple angles, by an internationally well-known practitioner in the field, are detailed in both the substance and procedure of the act. With the close analyses of all the important cases that have been decided over the years, the readers will come to realize how the act has been enforced and where to pay attention avoiding any confusion and pitfall.
