About the Author

Dr. Grace Li is Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Sydney. She is an experienced corporate law teacher and has particular experience in teaching international students. In 2007, together with Dr. Sophie Riley, she was awarded a University Teaching and Learning Grant to develop bilingual teaching materials and in 2008 they were awarded a PodCast Grant to develop further teaching and learning materials for corporate law.

Dr. Sophie Riley is Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Sydney. She is an experienced corporate law teacher and has particular experience in teaching international students.
