Arnould Law of Marine Insurance explains the form, contents and construction of marine insurance policies, and the procedures and evidence required in bringing a case. The 19th edition includes extensive analysis and incorporation of the impact of the Insurance Act 2015 on all matters pertaining to marine insurance.

The new edition:

- Covers changes the impact of the Insurance Act 2015 and the Enterprise Act 2016, including:

• Exceptions are introduced to the duty of fair representation
• New remedies are introduced for non-disclosure
• Changes are made to the effect of a breach of warranty
• The Act codifies the case law relating to fraudulent claims
• Transparency requirements are changed in line with the Consumer Insurance (Disclosure and Representations) Act 2012
