About the Author

Dr. Claire Wilson is an Assistant Professor and Associate Head of the Department of Law and Business at Hong Kong Shue Yan University. She is also a freelance Mediator, Honorary Fellow of the Asian Institute of International Financial Law and a Panel Member of the Board of Review (Inland Revenue).
