About the Author

General Editor: Professor M G Bridge is the Cassel Professor of Commercial Law at the London School of Economics and a door tenant of 20 Essex Street Chambers. His interests lie across a rangeof commercial law, specifically international and domestic sales, contract, personal property, insolvency, secured transactions and conflict of laws.

Professor Howard Bennett is the Hind Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Nottingham. He lectures regularly on international trade law in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea.

Francis Dawson is a Barrister for the Supreme Court of Judicature of England and Wales. He is widely recognised as an expert in banking and finance, corporate and commercial law and has published widely in those areas.

Professor Eva Lomnicka is a practising Barrister at 4 New Square Chambers and a Professor of Law at King’s College London. Professor C J Miller is Emeritus Professor of English Law at the University of Birmingham and a Barrister and door tenant at Henderson Chambers.

Professor Philip Rawlings is a Professor of Law at University College London and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He is also co-deputy director of the Centre for Commercial Law at UCL.
