About the Author

John Sprack is a barrister with extensive experience of practising and teaching employment law. He taught Employment Law at the Inns of Court School of Law (now City Law School) for 11 years, and was Director of its Bar Vocational Course. He served as an Employment Judge for fifteen years and continues to offer his expertise through Continuous Professional Development courses for practising lawyers in Advocacy and Employment Law.
