As part of the annual subscription, subscribers receive five looseleaf binders, a CD, a monthly Corporate Law Update newsletter, a free annual Company Law Handbook, and six issues per year. The service covers company law, corporate administration, corporate finance, corporate transactions and insolvency.

The service also includes Butterworths Corporate Law Service on CD-ROM to ensure the subscriber has instant access to all the information they need. The entire package on CD-ROM offers all the benefits of electronic researching such as cross-referencing through hypertext links and the ability to word search in order to locate a particular topic.

Five looseleaf volumes. Subscribers receive their first year's updating issues as part of the purchase price (approx. six service issues per year). Subscribers are then charged annually for subsequent updating.
