The Companies (Amendment) Ordinance 2018 introduced the new regime requiring companies to keep a significant controllers register in sections 653A - 653ZK.
Registrar must rectify information on Companies Register on order of court under section 42, see Re Dalny Estates Ltd [2018], Re Cheer Holdings Ltd [2018] and Re Honour Island Development Ltd [2018].
