Butterworths Hong Kong Partnership Handbook is a detailed work of reference containing up-to-date materials on the Partnership Ordinance (Cap 38), Limited Partnerships Ordinance (Cap 37), and Business Registration Ordinance (Cap 310) with excerpts from the Rules of the High Court (Cap 4A) and the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap 112), the major pieces of legislation pertaining to partnership law and practice in Hong Kong.
