Dr. Benny Lo

Dr Benny Lo is a graduate of the Cambridge University law school and practises as a Barrister and Chartered Arbitrator from Des Voeux Chambers, Hong Kong. His main areas of practice are in commercial, corporate and intellectual property dispute resolution. Prior to studying law Benny worked as a research scientist in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, including as a Croucher Foundation postdoctoral fellow at the UK Medical Research Council. His IP practice is focused on patents, trademarks, licensing disputes and comprises court, registry and arbitration work.

Nigel Lee

Mr Nigel Lee has over 15 years of patent experience covering patent examination, patent prosecution, patent revocation and patent litigation. He is the first patent practitioner in Hong Kong dual qualified as Chartered (UK) and China patent attorney. Nigel holds an M.Sc. (Distinction) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and an LL.M. degree in Information Technology & Intellectual Property Law from the University of Hong Kong.
