About the Author

Emeritus Professor Christopher Sherrin

Professor Sherrin joined Faculty of Law, The University of Hong Kong in 1993 having previously taught at the University of Bristol; National University of Singapore and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is the author and editor of several practitioners' books on Wills, Intestacy and Probate, including Williams on Wills, Halsbury's Laws of Hong Kong, and Annotated Hong Kong Statutes. He teaches these and related property based subjects on the PCLL, LLB, CPE and ILEX courses for The University of Hong Kong and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Bobby K Y Wong

Bobby was called to the Bar in 1995. He has until recently been a practising barrister. He also has teaching experience at local universities for many years. Other than writing for LexisNexis®, his publications mainly focus on dispute resolution and law of international transport.

Felix C Y Hoe

Called in 2005, Felix is an active barrister. In addition, he actively contributes to LexisNexis® works covering a wide range of practice areas.

Minnie Wat

In addition to being a practicing barrister, Minnie is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator. She also teaches at the City University of Hong Kong.
