N C Seddon LLB (Hons) (Melb), BPhil (Oxon), PhD (ANU) is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Courts of Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory. He is a special counsel at Blake Dawson, and an Adjunct Professor at the College of Law, Australian National University, Canberra. He is also the author of Government Contracts: Federal, State and Local, 3rd ed, 2004.

M P Ellinghaus LLB (Hons) (Melb), LLM (Yale) is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and Associate Professor of Law at the University of Melbourne. He is also the co-author, with E W Wright, of Models of Contract Law, 2005.
