ABOUT THE GENERAL EDITOR

Mr Justice Burton was called to the Bar in 1970, became a QC in 1984, practising in a wide variety of fields of Law, and has been a High Court Judge since 1998, sitting in the Queen’s Bench and Chancery Divisions, Commercial Court, Administrative Court, Family Division, Revenue List and the Employment Appeal Tribunal, from 2002 to 2005 as President. He is Chairman of the CAC and Vice-President of the Investigatory Powers Tribunal. He was Treasurer of Gray’s Inn in 2012.
