This text is a product of the research programme carried out by The Centre of Chinese and Comparative Law. It comprises a compilation of papers presented by leading experts and officials in the field of economic law at the Centre’s ‘Conference on China’s Company, Securities and Arbitration Law’ held in Beijing in July 1994.
