Paul McAndrews, solicitor, was admitted in 1976 and is now a Consultant at Goodman Derrick LLP. He has specialised throughout his legal career in property litigation including landlord and tenant disputes in both commercial and residential sectors.
James Fieldsend, barrister, was called to the Bar in 1997.  He is a member of Tanfield Chambers.  James has developed a specialist property practice dealing with, in particular, all aspects of landlord and tenant law.
