Companies Ordinance (CAP 622): Subsidiary Legislation

The Companies Ordinance (Cap.622) will come into force in 2014. There will initially be 12 new Subsidiary Legislation, considerably more than the 6 to the current Companies Ordinance, and it is imperative that lawyers, accountants, compliance officers, other professionals, and academics become fully conversant with the new provisions.
