About the Author

Clive Lovatt Partner

Clive is a construction lawyer with over 25 years experience, specialising in all aspects of non-contentious construction law. He acts mainly for employers, banks providing property finance, main contractors and large sub-contractors.

He has considerable experience of JCT, ICE, FIDIC and bespoke contracts. He has also advised on PFI and PPP contracts and assists clients in the management of disputes. He recently co-authored Contracts For the Remediation of Land Affected By Contamination: A Guide.
