Corporate Accountability in the Context of Transitional Justice explores the existing and possible links between these areas: investigating the treatment of corporate complicity in the area of transitional justice, as well as the utility of the latter for enhancing current approaches to corporate governance. The book is divided into three parts. The first provides an overview of the current law, and of trends in the legal and political discussion, relating to both of these areas.
