Bettina Offer, LL.M, is the founding partner of Offer & Mastmann, Frankfurt, Germany, and has been a member of the German Bar Association since 2000. She received her legal education at the University of Giessen, University of Warwick, and University of Wisconsin-Madison. She frequently speaks on current corporate immigration issues at national and international conferences and has published in both German and English on German immigration law. Shalini Agarwal, LL.B, LL.M, is a partner at Classis Law, New Delhi, India, and has been a member of the New Delhi Bar since 1990. Shalini received her legal education at the University of New Delhiand Cambridge University. She frequently appears as a speaker on current corporate immigration and employment issues at national and international conferences on various topics related to doing business in India.
