Gerard Forlin is a barrister at 2-3 Gray’s Inn Square and was educated at the LSE and Trinity Hall, Cambridge. He specialises in health and safety and corporate and gross negligence, manslaughter, disaster litigation, transport and environmental law.

Louise Smail has extensive experience in the field of risk management, contingency and emergency planning with a wide range of organisations, including local government, police, manufacturing and many train operating companies. Louise is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) and is the Consultant Editor of Health and Safety at Work Newsletter (published by Bloomsbury Professional).
