This is the second edition of Criminal Law in Malaysia and Singapore - A Casebook Companion. The book comprises a selection of some of the leading Malaysian and Singaporean cases which make compulsory reading for a standard criminal law course. Where local cases are unavailable or do not adequately discuss a topic, cases from other jurisdictions such as India, England and Australia have been included.
