Lawrence T Law is a Barrister-at-Law and Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong SAR and Washington U.S. He is a specialist not only in PRC tax, custom and accounting fields but also in Chinese cultures and philosophy. Lawrence and his alliance have been providing PRC advisory services to listed companies on various PRC legal issues such as China smuggling litigation., Internal Value Added Tax and Custom reporting system. Lawrence is the author of several books and articles on topics of tax litigation, Chinese cultures and philosophy published by various newspapers and international publishers. He is also a training instructor specialized in PRC foreign exchange currency, litigation, tax accounting issues for ‘in house’ listed companies, University of Hong Kong LLM, Federation of Hong Kong Industries, Hong Kong Society of Accountants, and Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries.
