  • Roberto (Bobby) Rozario
    Mr. Bobby Rozario is the Managing Director of Alpha & Leader Risks and Assets Management Co. Ltd. in Hong Kong and Principal of Alpha & Leader Law Firm in China. He is the current Executive Councilor and Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Credit and Collection Management Association, Master Credit Executive of ACA International (formerly known as Society of Certified Credit and Collection Professionals in USA), Member of Creditors’ International in USA, and Panel Advisor to Credit Guru Inc., in Toronto, Canada.

     
    He has over 24 years of experience in the area of risk management, receivable management, debt recovery and risk consulting. He graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada and received his Honorary Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1987.  He started off his career in Dun and Bradstreet Information Services (now known as D & B) and worked in its Hong Kong and Toronto Offices. He left Dun and Bradstreet in 1995 after 9 years of service. His last position in Dun and Bradstreet was the Director of its Receivable Management Division in Hong Kong. Subsequently, Mr. Rozario joined Goldlion (Far East) Ltd., a public listed company in Hong Kong, as Senior Manager of Strategic Planning. 
     
    Mr. Rozario expertise lies in managing risk investment projects in relation to consumer credit as well as commercial credit. Mr. Rozario had involved in operations review, analysis, consulting and training projects for various clients in association of risk management   He had co-authored two previous publications on risk management, "The Essential Guide of Credit and Collection Management in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia" first and second editions. He had performed as speaker on risk management related topics for various chambers of commerce, industry associations and universities in Hong Kong, China, Asia and Canada.
     
     
    Puru Grover
    Mr. Puru Grover's career within the corporate sector spans over 15 years. He has worked for organizations like Philips Electronics, Bell and D&B. He is currently the General Manager at Credit Guru Inc. (CreditGuru.com), a Toronto based Canadian company dedicated to providing Corporate Credit and Risk Management Solutions to organizations globally.
     
    In his last corporate position Mr. Grover headed the operations of the Business Education Division of D&B (Formerly Dun & Bradstreet) the world's largest commercial credit reporting organization. There he was responsible for the division’s overall performance (revenue and profits) for all of Central and Western Canada. He authored and taught the key courses for the 'Diploma in Credit Management' program offered by D&B and consulted on credit and collection related issues with a wide range of companies across North America.
     
    Mr. Grover frequently travels across North America consulting and conducting workshops and seminars in the area of credit, collection, risk and financial management. Mr. Grover has authored credit policies, collection policies and manuals for numerous North American corporations. He has also written articles for business and trade publications. He has been a keynote speaker at several distinguished credit congresses in Canada.
     
    Mr. Grover has a Master in Business Administration.
