ECPIL: Brussels IIter Regulation Commentary

The commentaries on Brussels IIter provide a topical, thorough and succinct in-depth analysis of the new regulations, which entered into force on 1 August 2022. The Brussels IIter Regulation, like its immediate predecessor, the Brussels IIbis Regulation, is probably the most important act on international family law, certainly within Europe.
