About the Author

Nichola Corbett-Jarvis is a lecturer in Law at James Cook University. She is the subject coordinator of Legal Research, Writing and Analysis. She also teaches Equity and Trusts and Competition Mooting.

Brendan Grigg is a lecturer at Flinders Law School where he is the topic coordinator for Legal Research and Writing. He also teaches in property law and trusts topics and in environmental law electives.
