About the Author

Caroline Bielanska is Chief Executive and co-founder of Solicitors for the Elderly. She lectures regularly for a number of CPD providers, provides consultancy for law firms on an independent basis, and has edited and contributed to a number of publications. Caroline also sits on the Office of the Public Guardian's Stakeholders' Forum and Court of Protection Users' Group.

Martin Terrell is a partner at Thomson Snell & Passmore, specialising in the fields of Court of Protection and elderly client work. He is the author and contributor to several publications, a member of STEP and the Court of Protection User Group, and a director of Solicitors for the Elderly.
