Reviews

A clearly written and comprehensive introduction to Employment Law for non legal specialists. The writing style and layout enables the reader to relate legal principles to organisational practice and to reflect on their understanding of these issues.

- Paul Leonard, Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader, Northumbria University

A finely crafted and critical re-thinking of the normative discourse of Employment Law. The author¿s wide scope of knowledge, coupled with her engaging style of navigating in a sea of dynamic and progressive legal theory, makes this cogent edition both a reflective and expository addition to the HR and Business students¿ understanding of actual law within the labour market.

- Terrence Wendell Brathwaite, MPhil MA (E.U. Law) Chartered FCIM CISMM FRSA, Senior Lecturer, (International & Comparative Employment Law), Coventry Business School, Coventry University
