About the authors
Lizzie Field is an Associate specialising in employment law in the Eversheds Human Resources Practice Group in London. She regularly works on cross-border projects, both in an advisory and a project management capacity.

Constanze Moorhouse is a dual qualified (Anglo-German) Partner in the Eversheds Human Resources Practice Group based in Cambridge and has been specialising in all aspects of German and English employment law for over fifteen years. Constanze regularly works in a cross-border and international environment.
