About the Author

Isabel Manley is a solicitor specialising in employment law. She sits part-time as an Employment Tribunal Chairman, is a member of the management committee of the Industrial Law Society, and is a visiting fellow at the University of Cape Town.

Elaine Heslop is a solicitor specialising in employment law. She works in Kent Law Clinic at the University of Kent and is also a freelance trainer and lecturer in employment law.
