Energy, Transportation, and Environmental Law for the 21st Century

Providing insight into the current issues and concerns affecting practitioners, this anthology includes selected articles from the Section of Public Utility, Communications, and Transportation Laws quarterly publication, Infrastructure. For this compendium, planned as the first in an ongoing series, the editors have selected articles from mid-2008 to early 2012 that highlight issues of continuing importance to those working in the areas of energy, public utilities, transportation, and communications law.

Authors have reviewed their original articles and provided additional material in the form of an update, addendum, or postscript to each article. These updates are published immediately following the original articles, which, for ease of reference, are published here as they originally appeared in Infrastructure.

This compendium is logically organized by five topic areas:

A fifth section features a selection of articles of special interest that do not easily fall into a specific category.
