About the Author

Louise Moore

Louise specialises in environmental law and heads the Herbert Smith environment, health and safety practice. Louise advises on a wide range of environmental issues (national and international) including nuclear liability, waste, emissions trading, asbestos liability and control, contaminated land and environmental and health and safety risk management. 

Louise's work ranges from advising on specialised regulatory EHS matters (in both contentious and non-contentious contexts) to advising on the environmental aspects of projects and corporate transactions. Louise has advised on environmental issues affecting rail, nuclear, chemical, pharmaceutical, waste, automotive, and oil and gas sector clients among others.
