About the Author

Nigel Foster is Visiting Professor at the Universität des Saarlandes, Germany; and, in the UK, at the University of the West of England. He has extensive experience teaching and examining EU law over 30 years and is the author of several OUP titles including the best-selling Blackstone's EU Treaties and Legislation.
