About the Author

  • Stuart R. Singer is a Lecturer at the Department of Accounting, McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin. He has thirty-nine years of practice in tax law with major accounting and law firms in New York and Los Angeles. He has taught as an Adjunct Professor at the UCLA School of Public Administration, the University of California Business School, Southwestern University Law School and Loyola Law School.
