About the Author

Nigel Foster, FRSA, Visiting Professor of European Law at the Europa Institut, Saarland University, Saarbruecken, Germany and with Bristol Law School at the University of the West of England 

Nigel Foster is a Visiting Professor at Saarland University, Germany. He has previously held teaching roles at the University of Buckingham and University of Wales and was a Jean Monnet Chairholder. He has extensive experience as both a teacher and examiner of EU law and is the author of several OUP books, including the best-selling Blackstone's EU Treaties and Legislation.
