About the Author

Alastair McKenzie, BA, LLB (Hons) has been the author ofGST— A Practical Guide since its inception and is consultant editor of the CCH loose-leaf service New Zealand Goods and Services Tax Guide. He provides GST consulting services to a select number of tax professionals. Alastair has previously been a part-time lecturer in the Master of Taxation Studies degree at the University of Auckland, a part-time lecturer in the Master of Business (Tax) programme at the Auckland University of Technology and a columnist on GST for the Chartered Accountant Journal.
