Halsbury's Laws of England is the only comprehensive narrative statement of the law of England and Wales, an authoritative encyclopaedia of law in the England and Wales containing law derived from every source, arranged by subject. It is particularly useful if you are researching a new area of law and need to find the most important cases, legislation and commentary in that area.
