Handbook of Co-operative & Community Benefit Society Law 2nd Edition: Update and Supplement

Co-operatives UK is pleased to announce the publication of an Update and Supplement to the second edition of the Handbook of Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Law. The Handbook is an essential tool for practitioners advising and working with (and within) co-operatives and community benefit societies.

This supplement provides an update on developments since the enactment of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 and provides a commentary on FG15/12: Guidance on the FCA’s registration function under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, published in November 2015.
