About the Author

Patrick Keyzer is Professor of Law and Director, University Research Centre for Law, Governance and Public Policy, Bond University.

Jennifer Clarke is senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Australian National University.

James Stellios is an Associate Professor at the ANU College of Law. His primary research interest is constitutional law, a field in which he has published extensively. He is also a Consultant to Clayton Utz.
