Hong Kong Civil Court Practice Volume 1 is the original reference work on the rules of the High Court, having first published in 1994. The commentary in this work reflects the seven years of Hong Kong’s experience since the civil justice reforms which were implemented in April 2009. The focus is, and will continue to be, on decisions of the Hong Kong courts. Volume 2 of this work contains commentaries, annotations, forms and a complete reference to the High Court Ordinance, Court of Final Appeal Ordinance, District Court Ordinance, Rules of the District Courts, Family Courts as well as the Practice Directions.
