Belinda Wong is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute, and an Associate Member of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute. She holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (University of Strathclyde, UK) and a Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences (Chinese University of Hong Kong).

Belinda is currently the Director of Leader Corporate Services Limited and has over 30 years’ experience in company secretarial field. She speaks frequently at CPD seminars with accreditation from professional bodies.
