Paul Kwan was educated in Hong Kong. He obtained his LLM in 1996. He was admitted to practice as a solicitor in Hong Kong SAR in 1992. He is a partner at Deacons and has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, including company liquidation and receivership, shareholders? dispute, sale of goods and distributorship dispute, debt recovery and restructuring. He regularly advises on contentious employment issues, commercial crime cases and contentious tenancy, building management and property related matters.
