The Hong Kong Criminal Law Handbook is a concise reference work detailing section by section annotations to the three most important legislation pertaining to the criminal law and practice in Hong Kong: the Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200), the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (Cap 134), the Juvenile Offenders Ordinance (Cap 226) and the Summary Offences Ordinance (Cap 228).

The third edition of this Handbook reproduces the text of these four Ordinances as currently in force, together with up-to-date amendments and repeals made to each section. It also reproduces the current text of all subsidiary legislation, appendixes, and forms in the Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200), the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (Cap134) and the Juvenile Offenders Ordinance (Cap 226).

This Handbook also provides section-by-section annotations to each of the four Ordinances. The annotations, which have been adopted from the Annotated Ordinances of Hong Kong series, are concise and simple to read.
