Details

Since the publication of the Hong Kong Personal Insolvency Manual (2003), there have been significant developments in Hong Kong insolvency law and practice. The Second Edition of this Manual addresses the developments in personal insolvency and will be a valuable resource for accounting and legal professionals working in the field.

The Second Edition of this Manual expands the discussion of many topics and also include additional chapters on two important areas of insolvency law and practice – the new PRC bankruptcy law and cross-border insolvency. The authors take a practical approach to personal insolvency, drawing upon illustrations from Hong Kong practice and providing checklists to assist professionals handling the day-to-day administration of insolvencies.
