International Carriage of Goods by Road, CMR: 5th Edition is a comprehensive, practical and user-friendly volume for all those who have any kind of interest in the legislation governing the contracts of the carriage of goods by road.

Divided into two parts, the first and main section is an analysis of CMR, the convention that governs contracts for the international carriage of goods by road when either the place of departure or the place of destination is in Europe, thus extending its effect into the Middle East and the East of Russia.  The second section concerns English common law on the carriage of goods within the UK.
