About the Author

 

 

 

Henry Christensen III is a senior partner of the international law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell. Christensen supervises the international estate planning practice of his firm and has practiced extensively in the area for many years.

Mr. Christensen teaches a course in Multinational Estate Planning in the graduate estate planning program at the University of Miami Law School and has previously taught in the graduate tax program at New York University Law School. He has written and lectured widely on various estate planning subjects, most recently at the 2005 Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning. He is the Chair of the International Estate Planning Committee of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and a Vice President of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law.
