About the Author

Ravi Chandran

Ravi Chandran graduated from Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore in 1991. He did his pupilage in Messers Lee & Lee and was called to the Bar in 1992. He was in private practice for some time before he did his Masters in Law at Queen's College, Cambridge University. He returned in 1995 and since then has been teaching in the School of Business, National University of Singapore. He has published numerous articles on business law in Singapore and overseas and has won various teaching awards. He is also a mediator with the Consumer Association of Singapore.
