This book was conceived in response to students' requirement for a more readable version of 'Criminal Law in Singapore and Malaysia: Text and Materials' by KL Koh, CMV Clarkson & NA Morgan, a standard text for Criminal Law. Harassed for time, students required a concise version for their study needs.

This publication attempts to fill that niche. Using material from 'Criminal Law in Singapore and Malaysia' by Koh, Clarkson & Morgan, topics are concisely presented to facilitate easier reading and understanding. Where relevant, certain topics had been restructured and updated with current cases.
