About the Author

古賀智敏　(Chitoshi Koga)：

同志社大学商学部特別客員教授。神戸大学名誉教授。経営学博士（神戸大学）。76年イリノイ大学大学院修了。日本会計研究学会、国際会計研究学会、税務会計研究学会、日本簿記学会、各理事を歴任。米国公認会計士（ニューヨーク）として会計監査、税務業務を担当。Coopers & Lybrand (NY)及び Arthur Young & Co (NY)にて数年間勤務。大学評価・学位授与機構大学評価委員会評価員、経済産業省・経済産業研究所ファカルティフェロー、同「企業情報開示システムの最適設計にかかる研究会」(座長)等を歴任。主要著書として、『グローバル財務会計』（2011）、『知的資産の会計』（2005）、『価値創造の会計学』（2000）、『デリバティブ会計』（第2版、1999）、『情報監査論』（1990）等がある。

姚俊　（ Jun Yao）：

立命館大学経営学部助教。経済学学士（上海外国語大学）、経営学修士及び経営学博士(神戸大学)。日本学術振興会特別研究員、経済産業省・経済産業研究所リサーチアシスタント、京都学園大学非常勤講師等を歴任。知的資産経営研究会アドバイザリーボード・メンバー。国際会計、会計政策、知的資産、リスク評価と投資意思決定、会計における行動研究等に関心をもつ。学術論文をヨーロッパ会計学会（ＥＡＡ）に数多く発表するなど、グローバルに活躍している
